Call For Entry for Undergraduate Students In The Southeastern U.S.:
The ProfessionalPractices class in the Department of Art at Auburn University invites submissions of artworks on paper by undergraduate students in higher education institutions in the Southeast region of the U.S. Students who are enrolled and recently graduated (2012), and are 18 years and older are eligible.

There is no fee. One image per student, limit: 36 inches wide and 48 inches in height. The theme for "Maya Angelou, Phenomenal Woman: A Juried Student Exhibition of Artworks On Paper" is open to interpretation. The exhibition will occur at the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art at Auburn University Corridor Gallery and will coincide with the Auburn University Women’s Leadership Institute’s Extraordinary Woman Lecture presented by Maya Angelou on November 8. Juror:Diane Edison, Lamar Dodd School of Art, University of Georgia. A blind jurying process will be utilized; only image and title will be made available to the juror.
